I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?
We currently offer deliveries of Wednesdays and Saturdays so you would have been given the option to select your preferred date of delivery on checkout. So you can find out on your order confirmation email. However, we plan to increase our delivery to same-day within the next few months.
I wish to return my items; can it be returned?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Groceries differ by nature so does the ability to return products. Please see our refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order up to an hour before it is dispatched for delivery. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one up to an hour before it is dispatched for delivery. No refund will be given if the delivery was already accepted at an incorrectly entered address.
How long does shipping take?
We offer local delivery so all delivery are completed on the delivery days.
